Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare a wide variety of menu items including New York-style pizzas, salads, chicken wings, pasta, calzones, sandwiches, and desserts

- Ensure proper handling and cooking of ingredients according to recipes and standards

- Use various equipment such as food processors, slicers, fryers, and pizza ovens

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area

- Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

- Strong multitasking skills to handle a variety of products

- Excellent work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient prep work

- Knowledge of handling fruits, vegetables, meats, gluten, and gluten-free products

- Familiarity with food processors, slicers, fryers, and pizza ovens is a plus
